method, I noticed how flawed, outdated, and
racist this method is and decided to not use
it for my clients.
I developed an innovative method to analyze your
True Color Type based on science and
Asian philosophy.
Growing up with an Astrophysicist dad allowed
me unique access to real scientific work
and literature and a deep understanding of
advanced physics and the study of colors
from a scientific perspective.
My method is based on the work of the following

Newton's seminal work on optics is primarily
found in his book "Opticks," first published in 1704.
This work covers a wide range of topics related
to light, including the nature of colors, the decomposition of light with prisms, and the
behavior of light in different media.
Thomas Young
Young's most notable work related to light is
his double-slit experiment, which provided
evidence for the wave nature of light. You can refer
to Young's original paper, "On the Theory of Light
and Colors," published in 1802.
Max Planck
Max Planck's groundbreaking work on the
quantum theory of light is presented in his paper
"On the Law of Distribution of Energy in the
Normal Spectrum" (1900).
Albert Einstein
Albert Einstein's contributions to the
understanding of light include his work on the photoelectric effect, which he explained using

Effects of Colors on Your Body
In the context of visible light, different colors correspond to different frequencies and wavelengths.
The visible light spectrum ranges from approximately 430 terahertz (THz) to 750 THz.
Absorption
Absorption occurs when the energy of incoming photons matches the energy needed
to excite electrons to higher energy levels.
Different materials absorb light at different wavelengths, leading to their distinctive colors.
The absorbed wavelengths are those that correspond to the energy differences between
electronic energy levels in the material.
For example, a red material absorbs light in the blue and green parts of the spectrum.
If a material absorbs light in the red part of the spectrum, it appears green or blue.
The energy levels present in electrons are a result of absorption
(of the right type of photon/color).
Reflection
Reflection involves the bouncing back of light from a surface.
The color we perceive is determined by the wavelengths of light that are reflected.
A red object appears red because it reflects red light and absorbs other colors.
The specific wavelengths reflected depend on the material's properties and the incident light.
Different materials have different reflection and absorption characteristics, leading to a variety
of colors.
So your skin tone, hair and eye color are the result of reflection of light and the inherent
properties of your DNA.
You are genetically programed to reflect very specific colors and absorp all other colors
which leads to a balance or harmony between reflection and absorption.
The interaction of visible light with matter is color-dependent, with different frequencies corresponding to different colors.
The absorption and reflection of specific wavelengths determine the observed
color of an object.
The study of these interactions falls within the field of spectroscopy, which analyzes
the interaction of light with matter to gain insights into the composition
and properties of materials.
With absorption, your body undergoes specific processes that are influeced
by the incoming frequencies (colors you are wearing or observing colors in the external world).
Those colors aligned with your True Color Type will increase your energy levels
and influence your health on various levels while colors misaligned with your
True Color Type will create dissonance in your body leading to negative
health effects on a subatomic and cellular level.

Being born in Asia, I gained deep understanding of the principles of harmony
in Asian metaphysical theories such as
Yin and Yang

I have extended this principle to personal style to optimize the flow of energy (Qi).
Qi
In traditional Chinese medicine, Qi is considered the vital life force or energy
that flows through the body.
The balance and smooth flow of Qi are essential for physical and mental health.
Practices such as acupuncture and Tai Chi aim to balance the body's Qi.
The energy level (Qi) in each atom is directly influenced by sunlight
(the spectrum of all visible colors) which gives us life and health.

The Five Elements

Each element corresponds to certain qualities, colors, and seasons.
In the context of visible light, different colors correspond to different frequencies
and wavelengths.
The visible light spectrum ranges from
approximately 430 terahertz (THz) to 750 THz.
Absorption
Absorption occurs when the energy of
incoming photons matches the energy needed
to excite electrons to higher energy levels.
Different materials absorb light at different wavelengths, leading to their distinctive colors.
The absorbed wavelengths are those that
correspond to the energy differences between
electronic energy levels in the material.
